Using this site
By browsing or purchasing from cevaga.com you agree to these terms. You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to use the site only for lawful personal purchases.
Accounts
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have a guardian's consent.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or resale without authorisation.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay; COD is available on serviceable pincodes up to ₹5,000.
Orders & acceptance
- An order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we dispatch it. In the rare case of stock or pricing errors we'll contact you and refund in full if needed.
- COD orders may be confirmed by call/WhatsApp before dispatch. Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for your number.
Product information
We photograph products carefully, but slight colour variation can occur between screens. Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Jewellery is fashion/costume jewellery unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, photography, text and logos — belongs to Cevaga Jewels and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
