Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders, across India, with no minimum order value.
Dispatch & delivery timelines
- Dispatch: within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Metro cities: typically 2–4 working days.
- Rest of India: typically 3–7 working days.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on serviceable pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. Check availability by entering your pincode at checkout.
- COD orders may be confirmed by a quick call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
- Please keep exact change ready if possible — our courier partners carry limited change.
Coverage & insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery or contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We can update the address only until the order is dispatched. Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses or repeated unavailability may attract a nominal shipping fee.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel returns to us undelivered after three attempts, we'll contact you to re-ship or refund the order value (COD handling fees, where charged, are non-refundable).
